1. Free use

TestBenchmark is free to use for personal, non-commercial purposes. No account is required and no payment is ever requested.

2. Not medical advice

All tests — including the vision tests (color blindness, visual acuity, contrast sensitivity, peripheral vision) — are casual screening-style tools for curiosity and self-measurement. They are not medical devices, not diagnostic tools, and not a substitute for professional examination. If you have any concern about your vision, reflexes or cognition, consult a qualified professional.

3. No guarantees

The site is provided "as is". Scores depend on your hardware, browser and conditions; we make no guarantee of accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. We may change or remove tests at any time.

4. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it abusively, or misrepresent automated scores as human results.

5. Intellectual property

The site design, code, and content are owned by TestBenchmark. You may share screenshots of your results freely.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TestBenchmark is not liable for any damages arising from use of the site. Some tests involve flashing visual changes; if you are photosensitive, use discretion.
